• SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 is a special grease based on polyalkylene glycol and silicate for the lubrication of rubber-elastic seals, e.g. EPDM.
• Temperature range: -25°C to +150°C

Applications

• Owing to its good resistance to hot water, SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 is particularly suitable for the following applications:
  • gaskets in autoclaves
  • seals in high-temperature dyeing installations
  • control valves, spindles, and their sealing materials.

Application notes

• SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 can be applied by the usual lubrication systems, e.g. spatula, grease gun, brush.
• The components should be clean and dry prior to initial or relubrication. Behaviour towards elastomers and plastics: Owing to the many different elastomer and plastics compositions we recommend checking their compatibility on the complete component prior to series application.
