Teroson RB 2759 is a sprayable 1-component sealant based on butyl rubber with low solvent content, designed for permanently plastic sealing in vehicle and cabin construction.

Applications

• Sealing of front, rear, side and hinged windows (rubber/glass or rubber/metal)
• Joint sealing for polyester panels and aluminum profiles (e.g. shower cabins)
• Bodywork and caravan construction: metal overlaps, trim strips

Technical Data

Processing Instructions

• Apply using compressed air or manual cartridge gun (3–4 bar for pneumatic)
  → Recommended tool: Manual dispenser gun
• Recommended nozzles: Straight standard nozzle, 175 mm extended nozzle
• Apply between parts or one-sided with subsequent joining
• Remove excess material after drying with same material
• High stringing before drying – remove with spatula if necessary
