DELO-PUR® 9694 is a thixotropic, room-temperature-curing 2-component polyurethane adhesive for industrial bonding applications requiring high shear and peel strength.

Applications

• Glass-to-metal bonding in demanding industrial environments
• Hybrid bonding with plastics such as ABS, PC, PA6, PMMA, and CFRP
• Use under thermal, chemical and mechanical loads
• Service temperature range: -40 °C to +125 °C

• High shear strength: up to 16 MPa (Al/Al, 23 °C)
• Excellent adhesion to various substrates
• Short pot life (approx. 7 minutes)
• Room temperature cure in 3 stages (2 h / 8 h / 72 h)
• Fast thermal cure possible at 80 °C in just 40 minutes
• Flame retardant certified (UL 94 HB)
• Compliant with RoHS and VOC standards

Instructions for Use

• Dispense directly from dual cartridge using a static mixing nozzle
• Component B is moisture-sensitive – reseal the cartridge tightly after use
• Ensure all bonding surfaces are dry, clean, and free of grease
• Curing can be accelerated by heat

Storage & Shelf Life

• Shelf life: 6 months (unopened, +15 °C to +30 °C)
