DELO-CA 2348 Universal Cyanoacrylate Adhesive solvent-free 50g

DELO-CA® 2348 is a low-odor, low-bloom, solvent-free instant adhesive based on ethyl cyanoacrylate, designed for bonding rubber, plastics and metals.

• Pack size: 50 g plastic bottle
• Application temperature range: –40 °C to +100 °C

Applications

• Fast assembly bonding of elastomers (e.g. rubber, NBR, EPDM)
• Bonding of plastics (e.g. PC, ABS, PMMA) with low stress
• Bonding of metals in narrow gaps (< 0.1 mm)
• Precision assembly, maintenance and repair in industry and workshops

Properties

• Very fast curing: handling strength in 20–30 seconds
• Low blooming – suitable for visible surfaces
• Low odor and user-friendly
• Solvent-free, one-component, ready to use
• RoHS compliant (2015/863/EU)

Technical Data

Curing

• Initial strength: 20–30 seconds (at 50 % r.h.)
• Final strength: after approx. 24 hours
• Cures with ambient humidity (opt. 40–80 %)
• Curing can be accelerated with: DELO-QUICK 2002 Activator

Processing

• Apply directly from bottle or via dispensing system
• Surfaces must be dry, clean and grease-free
• Surface pretreatment (e.g. sandblasting, grinding) recommended
