Delo-Duopox 01 Rapid Two-Part Epoxy Adhesive – repair kit 5 x 3g

DELO-DUOPOX® 01 rapid is a room-temperature curing, unfilled 2-component epoxy adhesive designed for fast structural bonding and emergency repairs.

• Included per set: 1 × 3 g dual-chamber sachet (resin A + hardener B), 1 × paper mixing palette, 1 × wooden spatula
• Minimum order quantity: 5 sets (equivalent to 5 × 3 g)

Features

• Very fast curing: handling strength after approx. 8 minutes
• Functional strength after approx. 2 hours – full strength in 24 hours
• Unfilled: suitable for transparent applications
• Applied directly from the dual-chamber sachet – ideal for repairs & single-part assembly
• Temperature resistant from –40 °C to +80 °C (momentarily up to 140 °C)
• Compliant with RoHS directive (2015/863/EU)

Curing

• Handling strength: in approx. 8 minutes at 23 °C
• Functional strength: in approx. 2 hours
• Full strength: after 24 hours (RT) or 45 minutes at 80 °C

Application Instructions

• Open sachet, apply content to paper palette and mix thoroughly with spatula
• Use mixture within 4 minutes
• Substrates must be clean, dry and grease-free

Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened shelf life: 12 months at +18 to +25 °C
• Use shortly after opening for best results
