KLÜBERalfa GR ZLHT long-term grease 1 kg can Long-term lubricating grease, based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), white, high viscosity index, wide service temperature range, resistant to aggressive media and vacuum influence.

Advantages:

• When using sensitive plastics;
• In vacuum.

Applications:
Klüberalfa GR ZLHT is preferably used for the lubrication of plastics and seals, where it offers particularly low friction coefficients and a low tendency to slip.
This leads, for example, to lower frictional heating of dynamically stressed elastomers and thus to a longer component service life.
General behavior towards elastomers and plastics:
Lubricants based on perfluorinated polyether oils and polytetrafluoroethylene are generally considered neutral towards most elastomers and plastics (possible exception: highly fluorinated rubber). Nevertheless, compatibility with the materials should be tested, especially before series production.
Applications include:
Electric motor bearings with low start-up and high operating temperatures;
Clean room technology, e.g., slide valves, vacuum seals;
HVAC systems in the automotive industry;
