Delo Duopox SJ8665 Heat-Resistant Two-part Epoxy Adhesive 50ml

DELO-DUOPOX® SJ8665 is a room-temperature curing, high-strength 2-component epoxy adhesive with excellent temperature resistance up to +180 °C. Especially suitable for electric motor applications.

Features

• High-strength adhesive with shear strength up to 32 MPa
• Gap-filling and impact-resistant
• Medium viscosity
• Room-temperature curing: initial strength after 3.5 h, functional strength after 5 h, full cure after 7 days
• Accelerated curing at +80 °C: full cure after 60 min
• VOC-compliant according to GB33372-2020
• Ready to use

Application Notes

• Apply using dual-chamber cartridge with static mixing nozzle
• Clean and optionally roughen bonding surfaces
• Curing can be accelerated with heat

• Avoid release to the environment.
• Avoid inhaling vapors.
• Wash thoroughly after use.

Response:

• If on skin: Wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
• If in eyes: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if possible, continue rinsing and immediately seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Response:

• If inhaled: Immediately call the Poison Center or a doctor.

• If on skin (or hair): Immediately remove contaminated clothing, wash skin with water, immediately call the Poison Center or a doctor.
• If in eyes: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if possible, continue rinsing, and immediately call the Poison Center or a doctor.
