Opis
Wacker Elastosil® N9111 black is a one-component, non-sag silicone rubber (RTV-1) that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. This flame-retardant, tin-free compound is ideally suited for electronic, industrial and railway applications.

Features
- Alkoxy-curing (neutral, tin-free)
- Flame retardant according to UL94 V-0
- Tested to DIN EN 45545-2:2020 (R22/R23/R24 – HL1 to HL3)
- Temperature resistant from –45 °C to +180 °C
- Excellent adhesion on metals, glass, PA, PBT (no primer required)
- Thixotropic, non-sagging
- No inhibition of platinum-catalyzed silicones

Processing Instructions
- Ready-to-use from cartridge
- Application with manual or pneumatic gun
- Cures through atmospheric moisture
- Good ventilation required (alcohol vapours during curing)
Storage & Safety
- Store cool and dry (check expiry date on label)
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
- Up to 3 % alcohol released during curing – ventilate work area
