Wacker Elastosil A07 Silicone Rubber RTV-1 flowable clear 310ml

Wacker Elastosil® A07 TRANSLUCENT is a one-component, flowable RTV-1 silicone rubber formulated with solvents. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to air humidity and forms a flexible silicone coating.

Applications

• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Small appliances (do not use in food-contact areas)

• Low-viscosity, solvent-based (approx. 25 % toluene)
• Excellent adhesion without primer
• Flexible from –40 °C to +180 °C

Processing Instructions

• Ready to use – no mixing required
• Application with manual, pneumatic or electric guns (e.g., 310 ml dispensing gun)
• Use of suitable nozzles recommended (e.g., standard nozzle)
• Can be thinned with white spirit or toluene
• Cures with atmospheric humidity – accelerated by CO₂
• Removable with solvents before full cure

Storage & Safety

• Solvent-based – ensure proper ventilation and protective equipment
• Releases organic amines during curing – avoid inhalation of vapors
• Store in a cool, dry place (check label for shelf life)
