Applications

• Used for the lubrication of toothed wheels, bearings, joints and slideways in small gears subject to high loads, e.g. in power tools.
• Suitable for steel/steel, steel/aluminium and aluminium/aluminium components depending on temperature, load and speed.
• Also suitable for trapezoidal and ball-and-screw spindles offering excellent wear protection and smooth running.

Application notes

• Applicable in gears operating at a peripheral speed of approx. 10 m/s with near-complete gear housing fill.
• Short-term or intermittent use possible at speeds up to 20 m/s.
• Tooth flank lubrication allows a speed of 3 m/s.
• Optimized oil separation behaviour makes it usable in gears which are not oil-tight.
