Sika Injection Cleaner C1 for PU/EP resins, pump cleaner 9.5 kg

Sika® Injection Cleaner C1 is a colourless, ready-to-use cleaner for injection pumps and equipment used with polyurethane and epoxy resins. It effectively removes unreacted liquid resins and prevents build-up or clogging.

Applications

• Intermediate cleaning during work interruptions
• Final cleaning directly after processing PU or EP injection resins
• Recommended for material changes or when using fast-reacting resins

• Free from chlorinated solvents, CFCs and HFCs
• Low odour and environmentally friendly (VOC-free)
• No explosion protection required
• Compatible with Sika® Injection-201 CE, 107, 20 N, 2021 STR, Sikadur®-52 Injection

Application Instructions

• Flush cleaner through the pump until clear fluid exits
• Final cleaning: circulate cleaner for at least 2 minutes
• Use fresh cleaner when working with water-reactive PU foams

Storage & Shelf Life

• Storage temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C, dry and protected from sunlight
• Shelf life: 24 months in original, unopened packaging

Disposal

• Collect cleaner residues in suitable, sealable containers
• Dispose of according to local regulations
